How much is parking?
Free garage parking is conveniently located across from the arena. There are two additional parking garages at Pullman Square. Parking fees range from $1.00 per/hour to $15.00 for the evening.
Can I connect to Wi-Fi?
The Convention Center has wireless access as well as the backstage area for event promoters. The main arena does not have Wi-Fi Access.
What time does the Box Office open on event days?
The Marshall Health Network Arena Box Office hours are Monday through Friday from 10 am to 2 pm and closed on Saturday and Sunday. If an event falls on a weekend, the box office will typically be open at least 1 hour prior to the door time.
When do doors open?
Doors usually open one hour prior to the show time. Please refer to the individual event page for event specific information.
Are cameras allowed?
Cameras are permitted for most events. If allowed, the Marshall Health Network Arena allows only small personal still-cameras. Cameras with detachable lenses are not permitted. Video, audio and professional camera and recording devices are strictly prohibited in the building. For major concerts and events, camera policies may vary. Where can I purchase tickets?
To order tickets to any of our events through Ticketmaster, visit www.ticketmaster.com, call 800.745.3000, or visit your closest Ticketmaster outlet. Tickets may also be purchased at the arena box office.
What does "will-call" mean?
Tickets ordered or prepaid can be picked up at the Arena Box Office windows, located on the 3rd Ave. side of the building. Will Call windows are located outside the arena and are open two hours prior to events. Patrons must present valid photo identification when picking up tickets. Proof of purchase such as a valid confirmation number may also be required.
At what age are you required to have a ticket to an event?
Children, age two and older, must have a ticket for ALL events. Most family shows do require all children who have reached their first birthday to have a ticket to the event. Please refer to the individual event page for further information regarding a specific event.
Can I bring in my own food and beverages?
All outside food and beverage is prohibited inside the Marshall Health Network Arena. If accommodations are needed for a food allergy, please contact the Marshall Health Network Arena Box Office at 696.6990 in advance.
I have a food allergy. Can I bring in my own?
Accommodations can be made for patrons with food allergies. Call the Marshall Health Network Arena Box Office at 304.696.5990 to make arrangements in advance of the event and further questions.
Can I bring a stroller?
Strollers are not permitted into the arena seating area. If necessary, strollers may be left in the lobby upon entering. Marshall Health Network Arena is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items.
Can I bring in a diaper bag?
Diaper bags are permitted into the arena but will be subject to a search by security staff as a safety precaution.
Is smoking allowed in the building?
The Marshall Health Network Arena is a smoke-free facility. Therefore, smoking is not permissible in the public areas by any guest or employee.
How can I get a backstage pass for a concert?
The arena does not have the authority to sell or give backstage passes. Backstage passes and meet and greets are normally given through the artist's fan club or record label and sometimes may become available through promotional contests with local radio and TV stations.
